Returns and Refunds

We acknowledge that you may occasionally change your mind. Should this occur, kindly inform us within 14 days of receiving the items. Subsequently, you will have a 28-day period to return any unwanted items to us.


Upon receiving the returned items, please ensure that they adhere to the following conditions:

  • Original Packaging: The items should be returned in their original packaging, as they arrived.
  • Perfect Condition: The items should be in perfect condition, as they arrived.
  • Undamaged and Unassembled: The items should be undamaged and unassembled.
  • Returned Within 28 Days: The items should be returned within 28 days of receiving your order.

If you return your items within the 28-day period, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method.


We are unable to accept returns for the following items unless they are faulty, damaged, missing, or otherwise not in accordance with the specifications:


  • Duvets and duvet covers
  • Pillows and pillowcases
  • Throws and blankets
  • Bedsheets
  • Items that have been assembled
  • Ex-display items or Near new


Delivery charges are not refunded if you are returning because you have changed your mind. Delivery charges for products will only be refunded where the entire order is damaged or faulty (or where the statutory 14-day cancellation period applies).


To arrange a refund, please provide the following:

  •  Proof of purchase
  •  Photos of the damaged or faulty item
  •  Indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange (depending on the current stock)

Upon receipt of this information, we will provide you with the address to send the return items to. Upon receipt of the return items, it should take approximately 7-10 days for you to receive the refund. We recommend checking your bank’s terms and conditions, as they may vary.
